Biography Part 1
I was born on a beautiful day of August in 1953 to a very loving mother and father. We lived in Fort Macleod, Alberta, Canada until I was four years old. During that time we lived in a three roomed house with an attic. There was a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and one bedroom and of course the attic where us kids slept. My oldest brother, Del, was off to university when I was born so I never really got to know him until I was older. At three years old, I remember my dad taking me to work with him. He was a projectionist and ran the Drive-in-theater. It is a large outdoor theater where you sit in your vehicle to watch a movie. My dad put a wooden box on the seat of our old international truck and there I would sit for hours watching movie after movie all by myself. Then when I was tired, I would take out the box and curl up with a blanket and fall asleep. Sometimes I would go inside and sit with my father and eat popcorn. We loved popcorn. When I turned four years old, we moved to Hillspring, Alberta and that is where my magical life began.
